Tea, coffee, and snacks will be laid out for you all to graze on during the dance, but we love to use tea dances as an opportunity to show off your amazing baking skills! Bring your own home bakes to share to be in with a chance to win tickets to our end of year party.

ABOUT US
A little about ESDS...
As an informal society of dancers our mission is to create and maintain a fun and friendly dance community, where we welcome new people to the wonderful world of Lindy Hop and Swing Dance. We run classes, workshops and events, and promote social swing dancing in Scotland.
What is Lindy Hop?
Lindy Hop is a partnered dance born out of Harlem, New York by African-American dancers from the late 1920's through to the 1940's.
It was traditionally danced to Big Band Jazz music and evolved from dances such as the Charleston, tap dance and the breakaway.
